The State Council, China's cabinet, unveiled anti-trust guidelines on the country's platform economy to ensure fair market competition and promote the innovative and healthy development of the sector.
国务院发布平台经济领域的反垄断指南，旨在保障公平市场竞争，促进平台经济创新健康发展。

认定平台经济领域滥用市场支配地位行为，通常需要先界定相关市场，分析经营者在相关市场是否具有支配地位。
